- Sit five to fifteen minutes in silent meditation paying attention to the deep breath.
- Christ suffered for you.
- How do you suffer hunger?
- Christ suffered for you.
- Chow do you endure weariness?
- Christ suffered for you.
- How do you experience thirst?
- Christ died for you.
- What needs to be slain in you to live in Christ Jesus?
- Invite Christ into these places.
- Ask for forgiveness.
- Receive new life.
- Be reconciled with God.
- Give thanks to God for these things that have been revealed and for this time in prayer.
